HYROX is an exciting global fitness race that merges running with functional workout stations, offering a unique challenge for athletes of all levels. The official format consists of an 8km run, alternating with 8 workout stations like ski erg, rowing, sled push, and more. This consistent structure makes it easy to measure your progress and compete on a global scale. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a newcomer, HYROX invites everyone to push their limits and experience a thrilling fitness journey.
